Your data choices

Your data. Your call.

Cycles keeps its privacy controls close to the information: in the app and on the iPhone where it is stored.

Last updated July 18, 2026

At a glance

There is no Cycles account to close.

The developer does not keep a cloud profile or web copy of your cycle information. Review, export, change, and delete app information on the iPhone where it is stored.

01 · Access and change

Review and edit information in Cycles.

Profiles, logged signals, notes, estimates, and preferences are available through the relevant screens in the app. Use the available edit controls to correct or update information.

Because there is no developer-operated Cycles account, there is no separate web dashboard containing a second copy of this information.

02 · Export

Create a portable copy deliberately.

Use the export control in Cycles to create a copy of app information. The iOS share interface lets you choose where the file is saved or sent. Treat the export as sensitive and share it only with people or services you trust.

03 · Delete a profile

Remove one person's information.

Use the profile deletion control in Cycles when you no longer need a profile. This removes that profile and its associated cycle information from the app's local storage. Export anything you intend to keep before deleting it.

04 · Delete everything in the app

Wipe all Cycles information.

Use the delete-all control in Cycles settings to remove all profiles, cycle information, notes, and app data managed by Cycles from the device. This action cannot be undone unless you created and retained an export beforehand.

05 · Delete the app and local data

Delete the app, not merely offload it.

  1. 01
    Open iPhone Settings

Go to General, then iPhone Storage.

  2. 02
    Select Cycles

Choose the Cycles entry in the storage list.

  3. 03
    Choose Delete App

This removes the app and its local data. “Offload App” keeps documents and data, so do not use offloading when your goal is deletion.

06 · Shared exports

Delete copies where you sent or saved them.

Deleting information inside Cycles does not remove exports you previously saved to Files, sent to another person, or shared with another app or service. Delete those copies in each destination or ask the relevant recipient to remove them.

07 · Support messages

Ask about correspondence you sent.

If you previously contacted Cycles Support and want to access, correct, or delete that correspondence, send a request through the support page. Include enough context to identify the earlier conversation, but do not send cycle information or other sensitive details unless they are necessary.

08 · Tracking choices

No advertising or tracking switch is needed.

Cycles does not use third-party advertising or track activity across other companies' apps and websites. There is therefore no advertising-profile or cross-app-tracking preference to manage within Cycles.

Start with what you know. Cycles keeps the uncertainty visible.
